An outstanding podcast. While I listen to a lot of podcasts, this one has the single best episode I've ever listened to (EP 221 Johnny Kim). There's no shortage of interesting topics and guests to listen to.

Great podcast to learn discipline, I usually skip the first half and go straight to the listener questions If I am strapped for time.

A treasure trove of information to "get after" life. Incredible war stories from his guests.Downside is the constant tangents to BJJ. If you have zero interest in BJJ, this gets tiresome.The long banter/ads at the end are also worth skipping. It's an interesting take on doing commercials, but hearing it once was enough.
